If you are traveling during the holiday’s chances are that you will end up at a restaurant.  In order to stave off extra weight we have found the following 5 rules for eating out that are helpful:
  1. Order grilled, not fried.
  2. Hold the mayo, take the mustard.
  3. Say no to the cheese.
  4. Ask for the dressing on the side.
  5. Pass on the fries, or order them unsalted.
